As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your 2-3 years of customer service experience in engaging with a diverse clientele. This temporary position offers room for advancement and allows you to work Monday through Friday without evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage phone calls in both English and French • Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently • Process orders through the order entry system • Handle email and chat communications in both languages • Strengthen customer relationships to ensure loyalty
Requirements:• 2-3 years in a customer service capacity, preferred in call centers • Strong bilingual skills in French and English required • Post-secondary education or relevant work experience preferred • Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with order management systems
