Customer Service Representative (CSR) – General Insurance Bilingual Required: English + Mandarin or Cantonese Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in auto and home insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese. This role involves managing client service requests, supporting policy administration, and assisting with sales initiatives to effectively serve our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities - Respond to client inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner - Provide information on auto and home insurance policies, coverage, and claims - Manage policy updates, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements - Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products - Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong relationships - Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues efficiently - Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards Experience - RIBO license (required) - 2+ years CSR experience in personal lines insurance (required) - Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (required) - Strong communication and phone etiquette skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills in communication, analysis, and multilingual support will directly contribute to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
