Grass cutting , line trimming , blowing , hedge trimming , weeding , edging and cultivating. Pruning , seeding of lawns . Spring and Fall Clean ups Training will be on going throughout each season . Driving truck and trailer/ and or Van Having a crew of 1 or 2 people. Summary As the Maintenance Crew Lead, you will oversee landscape maintenance and gardening operations, ensuring the health and aesthetics of outdoor spaces. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your role is vital in maintaining high standards of horticulture and irrigation systems. Your core skills in landscape maintenance, along with premium expertise in hand and power tools, will enable you to lead your team effectively. You will be responsible for training crew members and implementing best practices, contributing to the overall success of our organization’s outdoor environments.
