CHAT Insurance is looking for an organized and proactive Coordinator for its Commercial Lines team. In this full-time role, you will manage commercial insurance documents, assist with quotes, and ensure seamless communication between brokers and clients. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and process insurance applications and renewals • Assist brokers with submissions and policy modifications • Facilitate communication with clients and underwriters • Process invoices and certificates of insurance • Ensure compliance and track renewal processes
