Key Responsibilities:• Enter insurance applications into portals with accuracy • Track and organize medical orders, collaborating with vendors • Maintain communication with insurance carriers for policy requirements • Monitor case progress and keep teams informed • Organize case documentation to adhere toindustry standards
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years in insurance or medical administration • Familiarity with insurance carrier products is beneficial • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
