Role Description This is a part time in office role for an Instructor Therapist located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Instructor Therapist will work directly with children and young adults diagnosed with autism and developmental delays. Day-to-day tasks include implementing individualized therapy programs developed by a BCBA®, documenting progress, and working collaboratively with the therapy team and families. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing feedback, and supporting the development of social, language, communication, speech, and functional skills. Qualifications Experience in ABA/IBI therapy and working with children diagnosed with autism Robust observational, assessment, and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications (e.g., Registered Behavior Technician, RBT) are a plus Formal education in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field is preferred Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ok0ib
