Overview We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to private homes, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming setting for our clients. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a nice-to-have. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to client preferences and safety standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Solid organizational skills and excellent time management abilities Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and with attention to detail Good customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Reliable transportation or access to reliable transportation for timely arrival at client locations This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are valued.
