Key Responsibilities:• Act as the primary client contact for phone communications • Manage inbound calls and necessary follow-ups • Demonstrate empathy while resolving client inquiries • Accurately document all client interactions and communications • Provide timely and clear updates to clients
Requirements:• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is advantageous • 1-2 years in customer service or related environments • Strong communication skills are essential • Comfortable using MS Office and other CRM tools • Ability to manage confidential information carefully
