**Central Repair Facility in Markham, ON**. In this role, you’ll do more than repair jewelry—you’ll help preserve memories and create lasting impressions.From brand-new designs to cherished heirlooms, every piece you touch carries value. Your craftsmanship will help bring those stories back to life.**Key Responsibilities*** Perform professional repairson gold and silver jewelry, including resizing, re-shanking, soldering, prong/channel repair, polishing, refinishing, and stone setting* Work confidently with a range of gemstone cuts and setting styles* Use precision tools and equipment for cutting, welding, soldering, polishing, and electroplating* Ensure each piece meets high-quality standards before it reaches the customer* Collaborate on process improvements in a LEAN-focused environment* Participate in workplace initiatives such as Safety and Engagement committees* Maintain consistent attendance—reliability
and teamwork are essential to success**What You’ll Bring****Education&Experience:*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Gemology certification preferred* 2+ years of jewelry repair experience or trade school training preferred* 1+ year working with specialized tools or repair equipment preferred**Skills&Abilities:*** Proficient in the use of jewelry repair tools and machinery* Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination* Strong understanding of polishing, cleaning, and electroplating techniques preferred* Willing and able to complete a hands-on skill assessment**Why You’ll Love It Here**We believe in rewarding talent and supporting long-term growth.
