We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Insurance CSR to join our dynamic team. Both

NEW

and seasoned brokers are welcomed. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries related to personal and commercial insurance policies.

Meet and exceed performance targets set by the management team.

Provide accurate information on policy coverage and claims processes.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow‑ups.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

Identify opportunities for upselling additional insurance products to customers.

Provide feedback to management on customer needs and service improvements.

Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes.

Actively participate in training initiatives.

Participate in community marketing initiatives.

Experience / Qualifications

Mandarin

or/and

Cantonese

are required for this position.

Post‑secondary education is required.

RIBO license preferred.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in insurance sectors.

Ability to meet and exceed performance targets consistently.

Strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance policies.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.

Strong teamwork skills while being accountable for individual success.

Proven ability to identify upselling opportunities with customers.
