Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive insurance sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective strategies.

Utilize sales pipelines to track and forecast potential sales opportunities.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Prepare and present insurance proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Monitor industry trends to stay competitive and informed.

Take inbound leads and referrals and convert them into long-term clients

Experience/Qualifications

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in insurance or related fields.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Experience in relationship management with clients to enhance sales opportunities.

Familiarity with sales pipelines and forecasting sales opportunities.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends.

Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration.

Ability to prepare and present tailored insurance proposals effectively.

Ability to work independently while being part of a larger team.

Experience in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

Willingness to engage in networking activities to expand professional connections.
