Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Shift: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm Location: Markham Training: 3 months in-office Type: Temp-perm Payrate: $23-26 per hour

Qualifications

High school diploma (post-secondary preferred)

1–0 years in customer service/call center/client-facing roles

Strong communication skills

Ability to handle high call volumes professionally

Experience with inbound/outbound calls and emails

Detail-oriented with accurate data entry

Comfortable using multiple systems, MS Office, and CRM tools

Handles confidential information appropriately

Strong organization and time management

Key Responsibilities

Primary contact for clients via phone

Manage inbound calls and follow-ups (calls/emails)

Resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism

Document interactions accurately

Send clear, timely client communications

Medical call center or receptionist background preferred; must be computer literate.

Computer testing will be required.
