As part of the Property&Buildings team, you'll collaborate with senior engineers and designers on diverse projects. Your tasks will include drafting mechanical design drawings with AutoCAD and Revit, performing calculations, and facilitating cooperation between project teams and external stakeholders. Delivering thorough documentation and effective technical coordination will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop mechanical design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD • Design systems for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection • Perform calculations for ventilation and cooling loads • Coordinate with architects and engineering teams • Ensure precise documentation and project support
Requirements:• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field • 3–5 years of experience in system design and BIM modeling • Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit tools • Understanding of building codes and regulations • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities
