Wage Transparency:
The base salary range is $60,000 to $70,000. Salary determined by factors including experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope, geographic location. In addition to base, eligible for performance-based incentives.

We’re looking for a
Commercial Lines Account Manager
who will service incoming new business requests while developing and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers. The successful CM will work with backend service teams and oversee renewal process of existing business.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with clients to deliver extraordinary value by identifying exposures, determining the appropriate solution and advising the client as to why the solution is the best fit.
Develop marketing specifications and remarketing strategies for renewals of an assigned book of business.
Network within the local community by attending industry events, training, etc.
Provide professional and prompt customer service including phone and email on new and existing client accounts, including client questions on topics such as coverage, billing, reporting of claims, audits, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
Be the lead in maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients, insurance carrier representatives and NFP staff.
What You Bring
RIBO is required; out of province licenses are an asset.
Fluent in French would be preferred.
Typically more than 2 years of commercial insurance and product line experience– servicing, broking or underwriting.
Experience in placement of various lines of coverage on SME to Mid-Market accounts.
Confident, poised and interactive, able to communicate effectively, demonstrate emotional intelligence, tailor responses to dynamic situations.
Proven technical competency and creativity, demonstrating excellence in developing and delivering innovative property and casualty solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to adjust to changing workload and priorities.
Sharp attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills.
Excellent computer skills expected; EPIC fluency an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products– specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
