Bilingual Lease Maturity Specialist (French Required) - Markham, ON (Hybrid role) Our client is seeking a Bilingual Lease Maturity Specialist who speaks French and English fluently. What You’ll Do You will work closely with both customers and dealerships to support the lease maturity process. Your focus will be on delivering a positive end‑of‑lease experience, retaining loyal customers, and streamlining internal workflows.

Responsibilities

Respond to lease maturity inquiries via phone and email

Assist with inspection scheduling, customer intent clarification, and follow‑up campaigns

Review lease returns for wear and tear compliance and payment accuracy

Manage and follow up on Lease Maturity Statements for excess use

Support lease extensions and process adjustments with the Quality Assurance team

Help refine and maintain lease maturity systems and processes

Collaborate across teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

1 to 3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles

Prior experience in leasing or the automotive sector is an asset

Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with frequent interruptions

Strong time management and organizational skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; Salesforce experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree preferred
