How you''ll make an impact In this role, youll: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with Gallaghers business goals. Build and nurture a diverse network of active and passive candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Use data-driven insights to refine sourcing methods and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Champion innovative recruitment tools and social media platforms to enhance our talent acquisition strategies. About you Heres what youll bring to the role: Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of five years in a similar role. Bilingual proficiency in English and French, enabling you to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders across regions. A strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring strategies with business objectives. Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as ICIMS, and a passion for leveraging social media in talent acquisition. Experience recruiting for insurance, brokerage, or risk management roles is a plus.
