Markham Senior Estimator – Ici Projects

Join Green Infrastructure Partners as a Senior Estimator for ICI projects based in Markham, Ontario. Deliver comprehensive cost estimates and lead tender preparations crucial for project success. In this role, you will report to the Estimating Manager and handle cost estimation for projects up to $1 billion. Your skills in quantity take-offs, tender management, and stakeholder communication will be key in achieving project goals. This position also focuses on mentoring junior staff while maintaining high standards within the estimating department. Key Responsibilities: Interpret tender drawings and prepare accurate estimates Direct meetings, presenting project scopes and risks Oversee tender management and submission accuracy Monitor project costs and provide evaluations regularly Ensure close communication with field staff and clients Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant graduate diploma Minimum 7 years' estimating experience in construction Familiarity with commercial bidding platforms Solid analytical and critical thinking skills Experience with municipal contracts is a plus Drive project excellence through your expertise at Green Infrastructure Partners in Markham.
