Your New Role
The Director, Investments, Development will report directly to the Vice President, Development & Construction and play a lead role in evaluating and advancing purpose-built rental and mixed-use development opportunities across Park’s growing portfolio.
This position sits at the intersection of investments and development, combining sophisticated financial underwriting, feasibility analysis, and strategic evaluation of project assumptions with close collaboration across entitlement, construction, marketing, and capital planning functions.
Working alongside internal teams and external consultants, the successful candidate will help guide projects from early-stage feasibility and planning through to execution and substantial completion.

What Sets You Apart
You bring seven plus years of real estate development experience, preferably in purpose-built rental or multifamily projects. You have a strong understanding of capital structuring, land evaluation, and IRR-based underwriting. You have a degree in finance, real estate or similar, and any relevant designations will be considered an asset. Strong collaboration and communication skills, advanced Excel modeling and ability to build complex development pro formas.
Compensation
Expected base salary of $180,000 to $200,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance, commensurate with experience.
