Our team specializes in emergency mitigation, restoration, and construction services for residential, commercial, and condominium properties. Our services include: - Water & flood damage restoration - Fire & smoke damage restoration - Mold remediation - Asbestos abatement and removal - Emergency mitigation services - Structural drying and water extraction - Reconstruction and building repairs - Concrete, masonry, balcony and structural repairs - Condominium and commercial renovations We work closely with property managers, condominium boards, insurance adjusters, and property owners to restore properties quickly and professionally. Position Overview DESA is looking for a Sales Representative with experience in the restoration or construction industry to help grow our client base and develop new business relationships throughout the GTA. The ideal candidate understands water mitigation, insurance restoration, and construction services, and is comfortable building relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients. Responsibilities - Develop current business opportunities for restoration and construction services - Build relationships with: - Property management companies - Condominium boards - Insurance adjusters - Commercial property owners - Promote DESA services including: - Water damage restoration - Fire restoration - Mold remediation - Biohazard / Trauma - Reconstruction and building repairs - Conduct site visits and client meetings - Identify buildings and properties that require restoration or repair services - Attend networking events and industry meetings - Maintain relationships with existing clients - Work with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth project execution Requirements Mandatory - Minimum 2+ years experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or insurance restoration sales - Strong understanding of water damage mitigation and restoration services - Experience working with property managers, condo corporations, or insurance claims - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated and able to generate leads independently - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred - Experience with insurance restoration workflows - Familiarity with Xactimate or restoration estimating - Existing contacts in property management or insurance Why Work With DESA - Established and growing restoration company in the GTA - 24/7 emergency services with a strong industry reputation - Work with experienced project managers and certified restoration professionals - Opportunity to build long-term client relationships in a high-demand industry How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your experience in construction, restoration, or mitigation services.
