Job Description Junior Chef (Ethnic) Were a naan traditional company Summary As the Chef, you will be responsible for preparing vegetarian meals for business and entertaining at the corporate office and at the Executive residences when needed. Ability to work evenings, Saturdays and Sundays as required, both in-home and in our corporate kitchens. Required Experience Post secondary education in Culinary Arts is highly preferred Minimum 5 years experience preparing vegetarian cuisines including South Asian (Gujarati; Punjabi; South Indian), and others Experience or willingness to learn other cuisines (Mexican; Middle Eastern; Chinese, Italian, etc.) Ideally a background in food preparation for a hotel or restaurant Valid drivers license and vehicle Strong communication skills Disclaimer: The above describes the general responsibilities, required knowledge and skills.
