Become an integral part of CCG's HR team as an Associate Experience Specialist. Focus on executing HR programs and improving the overall Associate experience within the organization. In this role, you'll support the Director of Associate Experience by executing HR programs and coordinating events geared toward Associate engagement. You'll also assist in Campus Recruiting and analyze feedback to strengthen our initiatives. Your organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
