Role Summary Alteris Consulting is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager for data infrastructure/security architecture to lead delivery across a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role is accountable for end-to-end program planning, cross-functional execution, governance, and delivery oversight within a brownfield transformation setting, including carve-outs, legacy integrations, data migration, and coordination across multiple system integrators. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery Management - Own full lifecycle delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs - Build and manage integrated plans across functional, technical, data, testing, cutover, and change workstreams - Drive alignment across business, architecture, engineering, security, and operations teams - Ensure predictable execution, milestone tracking, and timely decision-making Brownfield Transformation & Technical Oversight - Lead delivery within a brownfield S/4HANA landscape, including carve-outs and transitional states - Coordinate dependencies across legacy systems, shared services, and phased releases - Oversee integration, data migration, reconciliation, environment readiness, and release sequencing - Identify and mitigate risks tied to complex architecture and transformation dependencies Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination - Orchestrate delivery across internal teams, SAP, system integrators, and third-party vendors - Establish clear accountability, ownership, and decision frameworks across workstreams - Ensure all partners meet program standards for governance, quality, and readiness Testing, Cutover & Stabilization - Drive readiness across SIT, UAT, defect management, and data validation - Lead cutover planning, go-live checkpoints, and contingency strategies - Ensure critical integrations and business processes are fully validated and production-ready - Oversee hypercare and stabilization activities post go-live Stakeholder And Governance Engagement - Lead governance cadences including RAID management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting - Partner with business leaders, architects, and technical teams to ensure alignment - Communicate program risks, milestones, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders and steering committees Success Measures - On-time, on-budget delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA programs - Strong alignment between technical execution and business outcomes - Effective risk mitigation in complex, multi-vendor environments - Seamless go-live readiness and stable post-production operations Required Experience & Qualifications Project/Program Management & SAP Experience - 10+ years in technical project management or enterprise transformation delivery - Strong experience with SAP programs, with S/4HANA transformation or brownfield conversion preferred - Proven success managing cross-functional workstreams across large, complex programs Enterprise & Technical Expertise - Deep understanding of: - Enterprise systems and integration patterns - Data migration and reconciliation - Data infrastructure and security architecture - Release management and environment dependencies - Experience in complex, regulated, or high-availability environments Leadership And Execution - Proven ability to lead matrixed teams and influence without direct authority - Strong skills in planning, governance, risk management, and executive communication - Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors on large-scale transformations Why Alteris Consulting ????
