What You’ll Deliver: They are looking for a client centric Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a growth &
service oriented professional who holds themselves to the highest standards and aligns their success with that of the customer. Hours: Our client operates from 9am-7pm EST, Monday - Friday. Advisors will be required to work shifts within those time frames. Note: No cold calling or prospecting required. Responsibilities - We promise it won’t be mundane. - Assist insurance prospective clients provided to you by our client - Assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements - Engaging contact with prospective clients to convert requests for insurance into customers - Offer continuous support from information gathering, quote and to bind to deliver a seamless client experience in a timely manner - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the suite of our client's products and help clients with any questions - Recommend operational improvements in our processes to help further improve overall customer experience - Provide feedback and insights to enhance products offerings over time - Servicing our client's book of business and providing top-notch customer service through various channels of communication (live-chat, email, phone) - Ensure clients fully understand policy coverage and exclusions through clear and concise communication - Maintain current customer base by delivering exceptional service with a strong sense of ownership. - Reporting new claims and leading clients through claims process from a place of empathy - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the suite of our client's products and help clients with any questions, policy changes and inquiries - Other duties as assigned This role is an opportunity to grow, demonstrate your abilities, and make your mark in the company that’s always reaching for more. Skills & Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in a Broker/Advisor role - RIBO License required - Experience with personal lines insurance products and claims process - Passion for Sales & Customer Service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention for detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time - Independent, Self Motivated, Ambitious and Competitive individual able to thrive in a fast paced environment What we’re looking for: We believe it starts with our PEOPLE. Compensation: Our client is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our team members. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected compensation for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $50,000-$55,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes the below Advantages & Perks. This position is also eligible for commission.
