As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software products, working with a variety of technologies and programming languages. Responsibilities As a client engagement manager, you are responsible for engaging with IBM clients in pursuit of accelerating their deployment of strategic offerings within their production setting, delivering deep technical expertise that leads to successful implementations. You will be assigned to work with strategic customers looking to adopt watsonx Orchestrate. You will work directly with the end client, planning for and executing implementation plans. You will collaborate with the assigned IBM account teams to ensure the right client sponsors and champions are actively involved and upon successful implementation validate key performance measurements have been met. You will interact with IBM development labs to provide product feedback and engage as needed for product support. - Accelerate client adoption - Drive future growth Required Education - Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Education - Master’s Degree Required Technical and Professional Expertise - 5+ years of experience in software development - Demonstrating expertise and knowledge in more than one of the following programming languages such as Java, Python, UNIX Shell Scripting, C#, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, Dojo, Rust, Go (golang), Groovy. - Understanding of a large scale product SDLC - Championing the Voice of the Customer - Customer Support Experience Work Eligibility Must have the ability to work in
