Position:Security Professional - Concierge Part-time Shifts Location: Markham, Ontario. Payrate: $18.50 per hour Status: Part-time Shift: Saturday & Sunday | Evening - 12:00PM - 12:00AM Saturday & Sunday | Overnight - 12:00AM - 12:00PM Overview: Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Concierge Part-time Shifts to oversee one of our residential sites in Markham, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work night Shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you. Requirements: - Experience in Concierge Security experience. - Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology. - Excellent written and oral communication - Must have a valid Ontario Security License. - Chinese language is an asset - Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week. - First Aid and CPR - Valid Driver's Licence is an asset - Must be at least 21 years old. - High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience - Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities: - Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises. - Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions. - Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff. - Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications. - Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction. - Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
