Bilingual Customer Service III - CAD (Unionville)

We are looking for a bilingual customer service representative to support customers and internal sales partners in a fast-paced healthcare workplace in Markham, Ontario. This Long-term Contract opportunity offers a hybrid schedule and focuses on delivering responsive, accurate service in both English and French while helping maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will coordinate order-related activities, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a collaborative team committed to service excellence. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer and sales inquiries in English and French through phone and email, providing timely and attentive support. - Process customer orders and related requests accurately while following established service standards and internal procedures. - Investigate account, order, and service issues to achieve prompt resolution and a positive customer experience. - Support the setup and maintenance of customer accounts, ensuring information is complete and up to date. - Monitor shared inboxes and workload queues to action requests within expected timelines. - Work closely with sales representatives and internal teams to coordinate follow-ups, clarify details, and address customer needs. - Document interactions, updates, and outcomes clearly across relevant systems to maintain accurate records. - Assist with continuous improvement efforts and support operational changes or system-related updates as required. - College diploma, university degree, or other related post-secondary education. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. - Demonstrated experience in customer service, order management, or a comparable support function. - Confidence using multiple computer systems and business applications, including Microsoft Outlook and ERP or order-processing platforms such as SAP. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-focused workplace. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume setting. - Experience handling customer concerns, service requests, and issue resolution with careful attention to detail.
