Human Resources Performance Improvement Manager (Markham)

Enhance HR effectiveness as the Human Resources Performance Improvement Manager. Focus on developing reporting measures, supporting process improvements, and optimizing performance tracking. In this role, you will report to the Senior Vice President of People and Culture while advancing the HR team’s initiatives. Your responsibilities will include designing performance tools, automating KPI dashboards, and improving data accuracy for reporting. This managerial position is pivotal in ensuring HR processes are productive and transparent.
