Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to client specifications Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients during visits Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working workplace Organize cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Customer service experience or background in hospitality is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach various job sites This position offers an engaging work workplace where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are valued.
