Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires robust communication skills, efficiency in food and beverage service, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous Solid customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a rapid-paced setting Basic math skills for billing, totaling checks, and cash handling Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests Hospitality experience or background in the food industry is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Join our team to provide memorable dining experiences through exceptional service, teamwork, and professionalism.
