This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Case Analyst (Canada). The role involves managing client case files, preparing and reviewing immigration applications, providing professional customer assistance, coordinating with legal teams, and analyzing complex case details. The Immigration Case Analyst will also liaise with clients to ensure the timely collection of required documentation and provide updates on case progress.

• Strong Written Communication and general Communication skills to draft professional documents and effectively interact with clients
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess immigration cases and identify appropriate strategies
• Experience in Customer Service and Case Management to ensure high-quality client support and efficient case handling
• Proficiency with organizational software and task management tools
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote work environment
• Previous experience or knowledge in immigration processes or law is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not mandatory
