Senior Project Manager (Greater Toronto Area)

As a Senior Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing projects up to $10M, overseeing budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver high-quality results. You'll ensure our clients' satisfaction by maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, cost, and safety throughout every phase of construction. Key Responsibilities - Lead all aspects of retail & restaurant commercial projects, from planning to execution. - Oversee subcontractors and ensure financial and schedule controls are maintained. - Work with Procore for project management, ensuring accurate financial tracking. - Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. - Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements on-site. - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications - 7 or more years of experience in project management, specifically within commercial construction. - Proficient in Procore and construction management systems. - PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferred.. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proven ability to handle high-value projects and meet tight deadlines. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. - In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices. - Ability to negotiate and manage contract terms with clients and subcontractors effectively. Pay & Benefits - Full time, permanent position - Base Salary: $140,000 to $160,000, depending on experience. - Performance-based bonuses, paid quarterly, tied to project margins and client satisfaction. - Paid time off and professional development opportunities. - Competitive benefits available.
