Your New Role As a Salesforce Integration Architect , you will act as the Salesforce subject-matter expert within the technology team, focusing primarily on integration architecture and planning. This role is less hands-on development and more centered on designing, guiding, and overseeing enterprise integration strategies. Key responsibilities include - Designing and overseeing integration patterns between enterprise systems and Salesforce - Establishing scalable architecture aligned with best practices - Advising on new Salesforce features, capabilities, and modules relevant to integrations - Collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders to roll out integration solutions - Leading architectural discussions and providing technical direction to teams - Ensuring systems align with security, governance, and compliance standards - Contributing to platform optimization and evolution of the integration landscape What You Need to Do Work closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable Salesforce integration strategies, while providing architectural leadership and advisory support across the organization. What You'll Need to Succeed: Must-Haves - Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, features, and integration modules - Proven experience designing and architecting Salesforce integration patterns - Hands-on experience with Kafka - Strong communication and advisory skills to guide teams on Salesforce best practices - Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders - Experience working in large, complex organizations Additional Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience - Salesforce certifications (Developer and/or Architect) - Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and middleware/ETL tools - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control - Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, governance, and release management - Experience in Agile environments with leadership exposure - Financial services experience is an asset What You'll Get in Return: You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
