Registered Nurse/RPN – Mobile IV Therapy (Toronto / GTA) Longevica · Part-time or flexible · $45/hr + per-visit bonus The role: We’re Longevica, a medically supervised mobile IV therapy service serving Toronto and the GTA. Led by Medical Director Dr. Andrea Garcia, every protocol is physician-approved and tailored to the individual patient. We focus on personalized, clinically grounded care designed to feel thoughtful, elevated, and genuinely patient-centered. We’re hiring a Registered Nurse or a Registered Practical Nurse who values high-quality care, meaningful patient interaction, and clinical autonomy. This role is designed for someone who wants the time and space to deliver attentive care in a calm, one-on-one environment; whether in a client’s home, hotel suite, or private residence. Rather than managing a high-volume clinic setting, you’ll work with a smaller number of clients each day, providing a more personalized experience from intake through follow-up. What you’ll do: You’ll travel between client locations across the GTA using a branded company vehicle, provided by Longevica. At each appointment, you’ll review patient intake information, confirm treatment protocols approved by Dr. Garcia, administer IV therapy, monitor the session, document patient outcomes, and provide a professional, reassuring experience throughout the visit. This role includes direct patient interaction, clinical documentation, and participation in a shared on-call rotation for same-day client requests. Typical appointments last approximately 45–60 minutes. What we need from you: - Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) licensed and in good standing with the Ontario CNO - Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, ambulatory care, or a similar clinical setting - Strong IV insertion skills and confidence working with challenging venous access on a regular basis - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and comfort traveling throughout the GTA - Qualified, discreet, and compassionate bedside manner with the ability to provide care comfortably within clients’ homes and private environments - Current CPR-C and BLS certification What we'd love (not required): - Prior mobile or home health experience - Background in functional medicine, perimenopause/HRT support, or post-surgical recovery - Multilingual; Russian, Mandarin, Farsi, Hindi are all bonuses in our GTA client base What we offer: - $45/hr base, depending on experience, plus per-visit bonuses - Equipment and supplies are all provided - Flexible scheduling with the ability to set weekly availability based on your preferred schedule - Direct collaboration with Dr. Garcia and a clinically led, supportive care environment - Full-time and part-time opportunities available depending on your availability and preferences - A high level of clinical autonomy within a professional environment that values experience, judgment, and patient-centered care How to apply: Please submit your CV along with a short paragraph describing a patient interaction you handled particularly well to .
