Window Restoration Experts (WRE) is a rapidly growing Window & Door Energy Efficiency Advisory Company serving homeowners across the GTA. We are hiring an Operations Manager to help oversee the day-to-day coordination and operational flow of the company. This role combines: - Operations management - Project coordination - Scheduling - Client communication - Team coordination - Construction administration You will work directly alongside leadership to help manage projects from booking to completion while ensuring a high-level homeowner experience. This is not a basic admin role. We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and capable of coordinating multiple moving parts inside a fast-paced construction workplace. Responsibilities - Coordinate technician schedules and project timelines - Manage homeowner communication through phone, email, and text - Coordinate between clients, field crews, suppliers, and leadership - Organize assessments, installations, and service calls - Manage Jobber, CRM systems, and project documentation - Track project progress and operational updates - Assist with invoicing, workflow management, and internal coordination - Help improve operational systems as the company grows Requirements - 3–5 years experience in operations, project coordination, or construction administration - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly - Professional phone and email communication - Construction or renovation industry experience preferred - Experience with Jobber or CRM systems is an asset - Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence - Reliable transportation Compensation - $60,000–$85,000 annually - Full-time stable role - Growth opportunities into senior leadership - Monday to Friday schedule - Wellness-focused company culture About WRE: Our philosophy is “Restore First.
