Office Clerk / Digital Marketing Assistant We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk / Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities - General office administration and clerical work - Answering calls and responding to emails - Scheduling and organizing documents - Assisting with social media and digital marketing tasks - Creating and posting online content - Supporting day-to-day business operations Requirements: - Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) - Mandarin speaking is a strong asset - Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) - Good organizational and multitasking skills - Able to work independently - Previous office experience is preferred Bonus Skills: - Experience with digital marketing or social media management - Experience with Canva, Facebook/Instagram marketing, Google Ads, or website updates - Knowledge of basic graphic design or content creation is an asset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.20-$28.09 per hour Advantages - Company events - On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pbc47
