Santorini Mediterranean Cuisine is currently seeking experienced and professional servers to join our team. We are a very busy, high-volume polished casual / upscale casual restaurant looking for strong hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years serving experience in a busy restaurant environment - Previous experience in high-volume casual, upscale casual, or fine dining restaurants preferred - Strong multitasking and organizational skills - Excellent communication and guest service abilities - Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure - Qualified appearance and positive attitude - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - Team-oriented mindset with solid work ethic Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional guest experiences from start to finish - Handle large sections efficiently while maintaining strong service standards - Work closely with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout shifts - Upsell food, cocktails, wine, and feature items - Learn and maintain strong knowledge of our menu and service standards - Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment Pay: $17.60 per hour Application question(s): - MUST LIVE IN ONTARIO CANADA Experience: - Serving: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pdl7i
