Light Duty Handyman (Greater Toronto Area)

Mattdaniels Limited is a successful construction and service company providing support and special services to multiple residential high rise and low rise builders throughout the GTA. We are currently looking for a Customer Care Handyperson What will you be doing? - Completing minor deficiency repairs on new homes and condo units. - Basic troubleshooting Where will you work? · Multiple work sites across the GTA allow us to strategically position our team members for ease of commute. Do you qualify? · Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management skills and be able to work independently. · Experience in high rise or low rise residential construction as a handyperson is an asset. · Smartphone basic functions · General knowledge of Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines an asset · Own vehicle and tools required.
