We are looking for dispatch members with a real passion for technology, who know their way around computers and has a good fluency in written and spoken English and French. Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing and liaison with customers, technicians, and subcontractors to coordinate all activities associated with dispatch - Set up tickets for all requests from the customer and assign to the required technicians and subcontractors accordingly - Ensure that all required documentation and information is entered and uploaded into the platform - Ensure the system is being updated daily for all tickets with resolution notes. - Interface with technicians and contractors to order parts as required to complete orders - Manage the productivity of technicians to ensure they are scheduled to complete their orders following the most cost-effective geographic area. - Ensure technical requirements of the requested service are aligned with the technical expertise of the technician assigned to the order - Review Activo’s subcontractor invoices to ensure hours are correct and payment - Update and manage work orders to obtain approval for payment - Complete required validation of all work completed - Daily reporting of past due tickets to ensure tickets are closed or managed accordingly Qualifications: - Fluent in English & French with a clear and genuine communication style - Proven record of 1 year of customer service - Problem solving - Decision making - Job task planning and organizing - Computer use - Professional written and oral communication skills - Must be available to work weekends Personal Qualities: - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to adapt to changing priorities - Ability to work on multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously and effectively manage deadlines - Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent Customer service skills - Excellent computer skills Education, Certifications & Experience: Call center experience is a plus Hours of Work: Monday - Sunday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Location: Hybrid (a few days a week in office / home) How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with a current resume outlining relevant experience.
