What you need to have: Post-Secondary Education in relevant engineering or equivalent (Manufacturing, Tooling) 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / 3 yrs. Program management experience; P.Eng or P.M.P Adaptability to work with both plant and office personnel Ability to work as a team player by contributing expertise and following leadership, as well as being a team leader by directing and mentoring co-workers from other corporate disciplines and plant personnel Utilize their intimate knowledge of APQP, TS/QS Standards and customer systems to root cause plant systemic issues identified during audits. Master Schedule (Gantt Chart/MPP) generation & updating per Customer/Internal Program Milestones. Help facilitate expeditious resolution of customer related issues using APQP process tools. Identify programs that require high focus level and assist as required In exchange for your efforts and success, we offer the following: Reputable companies Pay: from $85K to $120K per year.
