The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the education sector. This role is based in Markham and requires a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital platforms and marketing tools. Our client is a leading EdTech solution provider for international secondary schools and partner with nearly 100 K-12 institutions across 15+ countries. Description Content & Campaign Execution - Create and manage multi-format marketing content (social, email, web, campaigns, assets). - Maintain content calendar aligned to campaigns, business goals, and global audiences (B2B & B2C). - Ensure brand consistency, quality, and messaging across all content. Social Media - Manage B2B social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) end-to-end. - Develop campaign-driven content and monitor performance, reporting insights. Email & Campaigns - Build and execute email campaigns and nurture programs in HubSpot. - Manage segmentation, campaign coordination, and performance tracking. - Ensure consistent brand execution across all outbound communications. Website & SEO/AEO - Maintain website content, landing pages, and campaign assets. - Implement SEO/AEO updates with agency partners. - Track and report on website performance and maintain page inventory. Agency & Performance Management - Act as the main point of contact for agencies; manage briefs, timelines, and QA. - Monitor campaign performance and ensure follow-through on deliverables. - Consolidate reporting into actionable insights for leadership. Profile - 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content marketing - Experience working in the education sector - EdTech, K-12, higher education, international education, or education services - is strongly preferred. - Proficiency with HubSpot - Experienced with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. - Exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) at a coordination or QA level. - Experienced working with external agencies or vendors.
