Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities - Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or residential settings - Operate hand tools and power tools for maintenance and cleaning purposes as needed - Use custodial equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and other cleaning machinery efficiently - Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure safety standards are met - Handle lifting when moving furniture, equipment, or supplies safely and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times - Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs or issues - Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks Experience - Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable - Familiarity with facilities maintenance and the use of power tools is a plus - Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and staff - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work independently or as part of a team - Good communication skills for clear reporting of completed tasks or any issues encountered This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and professionalism of our facilities.
