In this position, you will work closely with operational leaders to guide all people-related matters. Responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts, facilitating onboarding, and managing employee relations issues effectively. Your expertise will help align HR programs with business needs and foster a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all aspects of recruitment and onboarding • Advise on performance management and employee relations • Partner with leadership to identify development needs • Conduct workplace investigations and document findings • Support HR metrics and contribute to decision-making

Requirements:• 7+ years of progressive HR experience • Degree in Human Resources or Business • Preferred CHRP or CHRL designation • Familiarity with Ontario's employment regulations • Strong employee relations background and coaching abilities
