Health & Fitness Programs Director Position Markham

Key Responsibilities: • Lead adult program development including fitness and recreational sports • Manage budgets, ensuring both revenue and expense accountability • Supervise and mentor program staff to ensure quality service • Monitor program delivery aligned with member needs and YMCA standards • Conduct assessments and facilitate regular program evaluations Requirements: • Degree or relevant experience in Kinesiology or Physical Education • Five years of supervisory experience in health and fitness • Certification in Group Fitness or Personal Training • Proficient in managing volunteers and staff training • Ability to promote equity and inclusion in programming Drive member engagement with creative programs at YMCA's Health & Fitness Centre in Toronto.
