Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and present sandwich items following quality standards • Set up and maintain a complete salad bar for meals • Check proper storage for maximum freshness of food items • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and tools regularly • Assist with overall kitchen operations and maintenance

Requirements:• Minimum five years' cooking experience in a similar environment • FoodSafe Level I certification mandatory • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols • Ability to pass WHMIS test with 80% or higher • Ready for safety-sensitive employment
