Key Responsibilities:• Provide open communication and cross-discipline collaboration • Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans • Administer ultrasound guided interventional therapies • Care for athletes and address general MSK concerns • Innovate care practices within a collaborative model
Requirements:• Medical Degree (MD) with CCFP designation • Licensed to practice in Ontario • Completed Sports Medicine Diploma • Excellent communication and bedside manner • Experience in ultrasound guided injection therapies
