Director of HR Operations at Perseus, Markham

Lead human resources operations at Perseus with a focus on compliance and benefits. This role oversees a small HR team while supporting around 50 employees at the Head Office.

As the Director of HR Operations&Compliance, you will manage centralized HR services for the organization and play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise in HR operations, benefits management, compliance, and leadership will drive strategic HR initiatives. This position requires a hands-on leader to support both HR processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead centralized execution of benefits and Total Rewards administration • Oversee audits related to labor law compliance • Deliver end-to-end HR support for Head Office employees • Manage relationships with HR vendors and contracts • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR team

Requirements:• 10+ years of HR experience in operations and compliance • Prior people leadership experience required • Strong knowledge of employment legislation across jurisdictions • Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS • Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
