Paid Trial Deep Clean | Ongoing Weekly Work Available

I am looking for one experienced, independent cleaner (or a consistent two-person team) for a paid, full-day (or two) deep-clean trial in my home. If the standard is met, this will turn into weekly ongoing work with predictable hours. This is a 1-day or 2-day deep clean trial to establish a baseline standard. No long-term commitment required on either side. If it’s a fit: Regular weekly maintenance cleaning Rotating deep-clean focus areas Expanded cleaning duties (laundry, bedding, organization) The Standard (Please Read Carefully)

I am very particular and care deeply about finished work. This means noticing and addressing details such as: Grease and food splatter on cupboard doors and handles Dust on top of the fridge, door frames, baseboards, shelves, window sills, vents, fans, light fixtures, and in between stair railingsFingerprints on switches, knobs, and handles Crumbs between and under couch cushions Grime around and under countertop devices, soap dispensers, and toothbrush holders Limescale on taps and sink fixtures Build up in shower grouts, corners, and door tracks Toilets inside and out (including behind and underneath the tank)Dirt under beds, furniture, and appliances Spills in trash cans, including crevices Floors that are actually clean, not just passed over If this level of detail feels excessive, this will not be a good fit. Weekly cleaning to maintain the standard Rotating deep-clean areas Expanded duties: Washing dishes, Laundry (wash, fold, put away), changing out bedding, cleaning inside fridge/cupboards, light organization projects Logistics

Deep-clean can be completed over one long (10-hour) day or carried out over two shorter (5-hour) days. 1 hour paid break is included (two 30-min breaks if doing two shorter days). Scope and timing will be agreed on before work begins (if you think more time will be needed, say so during the tour at the beginning).No surprise fees or mid-job price changes.
