RCSH is looking for dedicated Servers to join our Front of House team. This role is crucial for creating positive dining experiences by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food and drinks. You'll also communicate directly with the Manager on Duty regarding guest satisfaction and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Greet guests warmly and answer all service-related inquiries • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately • Serve food and drinks with attention to presentation standards • Maintain cleanliness of tables and station throughout service • Respond swiftly to guest needs and requests

Requirements:• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 100 pounds • Excellent communication skills with guests and team members • Stand and move efficiently for extended periods • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems • Adaptable to varying temperature and noise conditions
