In this full time position, you'll manage high-risk employment cases and offer expert guidance to both managers and employees. Your role involves executing business change initiatives while collaborating with HR Business Partners to facilitate HR processes such as Talent and Rewards. Robust analytical capabilities and sound judgement are crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: Offer sound advice on complex employee relations issues Oversee case management: performance, disciplinary actions, and grievances Collaborate on business change projects with HRBPs Support the delivery of key HR cyclical processes Work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels Requirements: Experience handling challenging employment-related cases Robust analytical skills and risk management abilities Familiarity with core HR processes and administration Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Leverage your experience in HR and employee management as you support our Ontario team.
