Core Responsibilities: Achieve $800k+ annual revenue production target. Protect margin by following our metrics and refusing low-quality, low-margin work. Maintain 3x pipeline coverage and clean CRM data. Run structured discovery, site visits, and scope definition, then ensure verification before proposals. Own client communication from first contact through signed agreement, then execute a clean operations handoff. Update CRM within 24 hours of any client interaction.
